Our new Flightline 2 has a fully revamped alloy frame featuring all internal cable routing and a tapered steerer tube. Upgraded to a 1x8 Shimano Altus drivetrain for simple one-handed shifting and mechanical disc brakes with 160mm rotors for stopping power. With durable double-wall alloy 29-inch rims and knobby multi-surface 29x2.1 tires, it can take on groomed bike paths or rocky dirt trails. Plus, it's compatible with a dropper post with internal cable routing, so it can be easily upgraded as your riding style progresses. With its newly re-designed frame, the 2021 PD 2 features a low stand-over height for easier climbing in & out of the saddle. Its new lightweight X6 series alloy frame features an internal head tube, internal cable routing, and a revised kickstand position, which keep everything neatly tucked out of the way. It comes standard with a 2x9 drive train, versatile, and capable of handling a wide variety of terrain. It glides along on strong double-wall rims, stainless steel spokes, and Kenda Kwick Seven.5 tires with reflective sidewalls for increased safety. The PD2 model comes complete with a Suntour XCT-30 100mm travel fork featuring a hydraulic lockout, which deactivates the up and down motion associated with suspension, thereby reducing pedaling energy loss in high-speed sprint situations.
